Welcome to Portobello ASC Water Polo section. Portobello are reknowned as being the dominant force in Scottish Water Polo and a major player in Great Britian for the last 30 years.
We offer Water Polo training for all ages and abilities from our juvenille section through to our veterans.
Our senior team are presently Scotland's sole representative in the Premier Division of the British Water Polo league. Our achievements in this competition regularly lead to us contesting at Great Britain's "showcase" event of the British Championships; we are proud to announce that in Feb 2012 we won this event and are therefore the current British Champions!
Historically our club has had a strong junior section; in recent years we have been re-building it and I am pleased to say our efforts are now staring to come to fruition.
Having had many of our players represent Scotland and Great Britain at the major competitions around the world means that we are continually able to use experienced and knowledgeable coaches to "re-invest" in our future and train the water polo players of tomorrow.
